We have created a fictitious launch of a new Potato Chips product in a wrap bag to show you the process of the Speed-To-Market method from the approval of the NPDR (New Products Development Request) until the finished product is manufactured.

One of the keys to the process is that we use real production parameters in the design files by entering specific data on the material, shapes, measurements, weights, die cuts and pantones in the same way as the manufacturer requires in order to produce properly packaging components. Thus, we avoid discrepancies between the initial design and the finished product. We understand that if you approve our design proposal it is because you liked it and that you want the final result to be identical to the approved design.

Our method is similar to “agile development” in software environments which allows us to introduce changes, improvements and solve unforeseen problems after project start-up without causing delays.
