Can you imagine designing your new products with hardly any stress?

With the Speed-To-Market method we completely rethink the launching process and the development of new products from its inception until the very end when the product is exposed at the point of sale. By digitalizing the whole process we save time, reduce costs, facilitate team work, minimize errors in the production phase and get ahead of the presale phase and thus accelerate the commercialization of new products.

Can you imagine that we design your idea with virtual prototypes as if it were a real photo session of the finished products?

Before we even start processing the orders for raw materials and components, we can produce all the product imagery necessary for the launch, the promotions, online advertising, retail merchandising, social media, digital signage and advertising campaigns. This way we gain weeks or even months advancing graphic production without waiting to receive the finished samples.

Can you imagine having all kinds of product shots and video as soon as you approve the design?

The digitalization of the process allows us to create graphic contents suitable for designing the sales folder, the landing page, POS material, the newsletter, online display ads, the posts for the social media, the pack shots including videos to publish in marketplaces and in a short time we are ready to showcase the whole launch universe to our customers.

Can you imagine that our design files use real production parameters corresponding to the technical specifications of the packaging solutions?

We have created a fictitious launch of a new Potato Chips product in a wrap bag to show you the process of the Speed-To-Market method from the approval of the NPDR (New Products Development Request) until the finished product is manufactured.

One of the keys to the process is that we use real production parameters in the design files by entering specific data on the material, shapes, measurements, weights, die cuts and pantones in the same way as the manufacturer requires in order to produce properly packaging components. Thus, we avoid discrepancies between the initial design and the finished product. We understand that if you approve our design proposal it is because you liked it and that you want the final result to be identical to the approved design.

Our method is similar to “agile development” in software environments which allows us to introduce changes, improvements and solve unforeseen problems after project start-up without causing delays.

The Speed-To-Market process is valid for any type of packaging and clearly demonstrates how and when the different departments intervene in the process.

Can you imagine advancing the presale phase and accelerate the cadence of Time-To-Market of your new products?

The main obstacle to being able to make the commercial presentation, the publicity or to carry out a test with consumers is usually the economic cost and the time required to produce corporeal prototypes. And let’s not forget the preparatory work to shoot product photography.

Do you know a Product Manager who has not suffered the stress of having to collect bottles, labels, boxes and liquids to perform the photo shoot at the last moment? For real! We do!

We know that in most cases no corporeal prototypes are produced in the early stage and mockups are often made of manufactured packaging for shooting pack shots, product videos and graphic material to support the sales introduction phase.

With the Speed-To-Market method we obtain virtual prototypes in photographic quality and high resolution videos that serve us for presentations in the presale phase and consumer tests without having to wait weeks or invest in expensive corporeal prototypes. And the rapid visualization of packaging facilitates multidisciplinary decision making in all phases of the project from design to production.

We are aware that it is a highly complex process involving the departments of Operations (Packaging, Purchasing, Engineering, Costs), R&D (Development, Quality), Finance, Sales (KAM, Trade), Marketing (Product Management , Market Research, Retail, Digital) without forgetting General Management and that the solution must respond to the demands of the entire company to succeed.

With the Speed-To-Market process we reduce development time, save money, facilitate teamwork and reach the market faster!
